Sarah Jackson

Following a long career as a picture editor and photographer, Sarah only came to painting relatively recently, encouraged by the legendary Robin Child, as well as being  a regular attendee of Jonathan Ellis’s Raw Art classes.  Studying the work of more abstract painters such as Ivon Hitchens,  Peter Lanyan, and Richard Diebenkorn have both challenged and helped her  to develop her own painting style.

For the last five years she has been painting with the Rosvik Painting Cooperative in Little Bedwyn, and the Sketch Club in Chelsea.
